The official site
- imigresen-online.imi.gov.my: free
Only use imigresen-online.imi.gov.my. Malaysia's Immigration Department has warned travellers about fake MDAC websites.
How to spot a look-alike site
- Check the address. The official site is imigresen-online.imi.gov.my.
- Be wary of any "service fee" or "processing fee" for a form the government gives away free.
- Paid search ads can sit above the official site. Scroll past them, or type the official address yourself.
Who needs it

Every foreign traveller needs their own MDAC, including children.
