Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the WayReady website and your WayReady account. By creating an account, you agree to them.

What WayReady is

WayReady is an independent travel-preparation service. We show publicly available entry requirements from official government sources and, in the WayReady app, help you prepare the forms your trip needs so you can review and submit them on official government sites.

• We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with any government.
• We don't give personal immigration or legal advice.
• We don't submit forms on your behalf. You review and submit them yourself.

Your responsibilities

Entry rules can change at short notice, and the final decision on entry always rests with the authorities. You're responsible for the answers you give and submit, and for checking requirements on the official site before you travel. We work hard to keep our information accurate and dated, and we show the source for every rule.

Your account

Keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be 16 or over to have an account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Fair use

Don't misuse the website: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it at scale, or use the assistant to generate content unrelated to travel. We may suspend accounts that do.

Paid plans

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Government fees are always separate and paid directly to the government. Paid plans will open with the WayReady app, and we'll show their full terms, including refunds, before you buy.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that can't be excluded. Where the law allows, our liability for anything arising from the website is limited to resupplying the service or refunding what you paid for it.

Our content

The WayReady name, logo, design and content belong to WayReady. Government information we display remains public information. Photography is used under licence from its creators.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell account holders by email before it applies. These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Questions: support@wayready.app.
