Common questions
The government site isn't working. What do I do?
Official sites sometimes go down or get busy, especially close to busy travel dates. Try again later, and use the paper form on the plane or at the airport where one is offered. Most countries still accept paper arrival cards.
I made a mistake on a submitted form.
Corrections are handled by the government system, not WayReady. Most arrival cards let you submit a new declaration before you travel. Check the official site's help page for that form.
Is it safe to use a website that offers to do my arrival card for a fee?
Be careful. Many sites charge for forms that are free on the official government site. Always check the web address. WayReady links you to the official site and never charges for free government forms.
When will the app be available?
The iPhone app is coming first, then Android. Create a free account and we'll email you when it's ready. Your account carries over.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open your account page and choose Delete my account. It removes your account, profile and saved trips permanently.
Do you give immigration advice?
No. We show publicly available official requirements and link to the source. For complex situations, contact the official immigration authority or a licensed adviser.
