In the WayReady app you scan your passport with your camera, or tap it to your phone to read the chip. It's stored encrypted, and reused for every form on every trip until it expires.

Forward your booking
Send your flight or holiday confirmation to your WayReady address. Flights, stopovers, dates and where you're staying are pulled into one trip. You can also add a trip by hand.

Every border is checked
WayReady checks the official rules for each traveller's passport, the route, transit stops, the reason for travel and the length of stay. You get one list: what's needed, what it costs, and when each form opens.

Most answers come from your profile and booking. Anything only you can answer, like cash, food, goods or health questions, is asked directly in plain words. WayReady never answers those for you.

No. WayReady prepares everything and opens the official government site with your answers ready. You review and submit it yourself, so you always see exactly what's being declared.
Is WayReady a government website?
No. WayReady is an independent company and isn't affiliated with any government. We link to the official site for every form, and free government forms stay free.
What if the rules change after I book?
Requirements are checked against official sources and dated. If a rule for your trip changes, WayReady updates your checklist and tells you.
Can I prepare forms for my family?
Yes. You can manage forms for children travelling with you, and other adults can share their profile with you so their forms are prepared for their own passport.
Do I need the app?
The free trip checklist works on this website. Storing your passport, preparing forms and reminders happen in the WayReady app, coming to iPhone first, then Android.
