When can I submit the SG Arrival Card?

The short answer

Within 3 days before you arrive in Singapore, counting the day you arrive. Arriving on 30 June means you can submit from 28 June. All travellers arriving in Singapore. Visitors give arrival details and a health declaration. Singapore citizens, permanent residents and long-term pass holders give the health declaration only. It's free on SG Arrival Card (ICA).
